At Claydon Lodge we are committed to maintaining and improving the quality of our service, and part of this is monitored and reviewed by our quality assurance process, where we take into account any feedback we receive from service users, and external bodies. It is important to us that our workers have the time and patience to be able to give each aspect of care delivery to the highest possible standard, and in ensuring that staff treat each person with dignity and respect.
We recognise a person with dementia is first and foremost a person, unique and with a rich history of experiences, abilities, skills, knowledge, preferences, desires and personality. At Claydon Lodge we have a dedicated team of carers who are trained to provide dementia care that enhances quality of life.
24 hour care is provided by trained and competent staff consisting of Carers, Senior Carers, Domestic and Kitchen Staff, Activities Staff, Maintenance, all of whom managed by Mrs. Michaela Whitehall, Registered Manager.
